Soupologie started 3 years ago. Stephen was cooking and selling his soups on markets and got such amazing feedback that he soon decided to market them on a larger scale. They got deals with several retailers such as Earth Natural Foods, Planet Organic, Selfridges Food Hall or The Brentwood Kitchen among others. Soupologie's products are also available online on Ocado's website. Dairy and gluten-free, packed with healthy and nutritious ingredients, these soups offer original combinations like Beetroot and pomegranate or Broccoli and green tea. A more nutrient range combines vegetables and seeds, like Sweet potato and coconut sprinkles.
Soupologie has created a new way to enjoy soup and just launched the first Raw soup range. Made with organic products, these soups mix vegetables, fruits and seeds together, with the benefit of intact vitamins, minerals and fibre. The Raw soups are meant to be sipped chilled, straight from the bottle. The range includes five different recipes: Spinach, mango and lime with baobab, Beetroot and mint, Cucumber, avocado and kale, Strawberry, tarragon and lucuma, Watermelon and chilli. A 250ml plastic bottle will be yours for £4.25, and the Raw range is, as for now, only available on Ocado.
