In the years since their original launch in 1969, New Look has become one of the most recognised clothing stores in the United Kingdom. Although they entered the world of online shopping relatively late (2007), they have built up a solid customer base in both shopping centres and Internet stores. By creating a number of branded sub-sections within each outlet, different categories of shoppers are all catered for in the same location.
Apart from regular clothing lines for ladies and men, they have also developed ranges of clothing for plus-size women – this sits alongside their collection of maternity wear. Petite and taller ladies can also find dedicated sections, and teenage girls can browse through products that are specifically aimed at their age bracket. To take advantage of popular cartoon trends, New Look also sells a range of novelty gift items that includes handbags and other related accessories.

Men tend to buy more clothes and fashion brands don't want to miss the opportunity. New Look is planning the opening of five stores, just for them, in the coming months.
One of the largest empty shops in Chester is at last being brought back into use. The New Look store, which closed in 2017, will be transformed into a major store for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) charity.
