Each piece of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki roll is cut to precision by sashimi-trained fish ‘pros. Our sustainably-farmed jumbo prawns are the biggest on the market. We use whole grains, greens, aromatic herbs, authentic miso, traditionally-brewed soy sauce, high-quality seaweed, toasted seeds, and seasonal veggies.
